Trevor Olesiak
Majority of Trevor’s career has been in ministry, serving the past 12 years at Celebration Church in Jacksonville, Florida. Trevor is currently Senior Director of People and Culture at Celebration. Outside of full-time ministry, Trevor’s insatiable curiosity has led him to an impressive academic career holding an MBA, a deep understanding of emotional intelligence and he’s most recently completed the MPI program at Novus Global. Novus Global has given Trevor the opportunity to re-launch his coaching business with an incredible community around him. Pre-pandemic, Trevor spent a number of years investing in his coaching business on his own. Since engaging in the MPI program Trevor has had the chance to be surrounded by like-minded people, each keeping him sharp and on track. Trevor is open to work with both individuals and organizations. His heart is for clients who are visionaries, dreamers and pioneers; whose ideas are bigger than themselves. In the case of organizations, Trevor is passionate about helping leaders create healthy cultures. As a coach, Trevor is intuitive, disruptive and strong. Trevor is well versed in emotional intelligence and uses this skill set to be incredibly perceptive of his client’s needs. Having spent more than a decade in ministry, Trevor is open to bring faith into his work if it is beneficial to the client. Like many people post-pandemic, much of Trevor’s work is virtual. But as a coach, Trevor knows that being physically present for major milestones is an invaluable part of a client-coach relationship. Trevor spends his time exploring the beauty of today and the potential of tomorrow. He is a husband to his incredible wife and the father of three curious and lively children. Trevor keeps his creativity sharp by exercising his love of photography, music and spending time on the water. If you asked him how he stays active, Trevor will respond “by running after my kids!”
